Glory O. Etaduovie is full-fledged Management professional cutting across various fields of the financial industry. His work carrier spans over thirty-seven years in the Insurance, Management, Marketing and Pension fields.
He holds an MBA in Marketing, ACII in Insurance alongside various courses in the course of working life, and acquired wide experience in Sales and Marketing, people Management skills, motivation and discipline; strategy development and implementation, crises and change management, process management and delayering; risk Management and compliance, corporate governance and management team interactions; budgeting and planning.
Glory Etaduovie had 24 years working in the Insurance industry, rising from a junior staff to a Deputy General Manager in some of these companies: Kapital Insurance (now Veritas Kapital), Vigilant Insurance (now NEM), Yankari Insurance (Now FINsurance – part of Cornerstone group) and IEI PLC.
He was made a Director at IEI-Anchor Pensions Managers Ltd is 2015, before being confirmed as the Managing Director/CEO three months later, in a Board reshufflement. The Company grew from strength to strength until his departure in 2022. There he interacted with the cream of the Pension and Investment world. He is thus an accomplished man, after 37 years of working.
Mr. Etaduovie is an avid reader and loves knowledge for what it is. He loves writing and appreciates good write-ups as well. He is not complacent about standards. He appreciates value of change, a positive change agent and a progressive. He is also philosopher of life. He also loves mentoring and tutelage of the younger generation for capacity development.
